Jonathan is a Registered Acupuncturist and a graduate of the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has completed additional training in Balance System Acupuncture and Korean acupuncture, and is proficient in the use of cupping, gua sha, tuina massage, and moxa or heat therapy. In keeping with classical approaches, he views acupuncture as rooted in the connection between patient and practitioner, and aims to tailor each treatment to the patient’s needs, preferences, and comfort levels.
A lifelong student, Jonathan was drawn to acupuncture both for its clinical effectiveness and its rich historical and theoretical bases, and loves to mine classical sources for approaches with contemporary relevance. Whether dealing will musculoskeletal pain and injury, internal medicine conditions, psycho-emotional complexities, or chronic illness, Chinese Medicine offers a unique lens that is powerful in its own right, and complements other modalities of treatment.
Jonathan also holds a PhD in Social and Political Thought from York University, and has worked as a musician and an academic editor and translator. He is a long-time qigong practioner and now teacher, and these movement and meditation practices were his initial introduction to Chinese Medicine. Like qigong, Jonathan views acupuncture through the “Three Treasures” — the physical, energetic, and mental/spiritual aspects of the body, which function as an interconnected whole. By helping to remove blockages, restore balance, and encourage smooth movement on each of these levels, acupuncture can provide temporary relief and be a catalyst for lasting change.
When not working, Jonathan is often wandering Toronto’s parklands and ravines, playing elaborate games with his three-year old, or playing music alone or with friends.

Victoria graduated from Sutherland-Chan school of Massage Therapy in 2016, is registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She previously attended George Brown College and graduated in 2012 with an Advanced Esthetic certificate.
Having worked in a few spas in Toronto, Victoria has a strong relaxation influence and believes that massage therapy should be more than just a treatment, it should be an experience. By focusing on breathing and visualizing the areas of the body being worked on letting go, both the therapist and patient can work together to achieve the goals intended.
By using a variety of techniques throughout a massage therapy treatment such as Swedish, deep tissue, rhythmic, myofacial release, trigger point therapy and more, Victoria will work through the primary areas of pain and discomfort as well as compensatory areas to help release tension and improve overall wellbeing.
Victoria has experience working with patients with anxiety and depression, addiction, high stress occupations, pregnancy, sport enthusiasts, neuropathy, degenerative disc disorders, repetitive strain conditions, headaches, plantar fasciitis and young athletes.
There are many stressors in life and sometimes we can become disconnected with our body and mind. Human interaction and healing touch can help bring one’s self back into their body and gain awareness. While being in a comforting environment lets use the time we have together to let go of the everyday, and be in the now.

Chiropractic Chose Me
Chiropractic care was first introduced to me in 1999 by my partner and now husband. It was a hip condition from birth that brought me to the profession and it was my fascination with the structure of the human body and how it relates to function and well being that kept me here. It was my perception that chiropractic care relieved my discomfort, increased my range of motion and helped to balance my muscles when in fact it was relieving stress on my nervous system by removing interference (subluxations) so that my body was again capable of doing what all bodies can, heal itself.
I love Dr. Jennifer Barham-Floreani’s explanation of an adjustment which has stuck with me since reading it “by removing nerve interference and allowing the body to re-calibrate and heal itself, the body is able to express its true capacity for health and vitality.” Wow, how powerful is that!
In 2006 I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College cum laude and with clinic honours. This was after completing a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in neuroscience, from the University of Toronto in 2002. Education has always been important to me as I strive to stay up to date on all the current health, wellness and chiropractic literature. When not adjusting or with my family you can find me attending conferences on the art, philosophy and science of Chiropractic. One of my passions lies in family wellness care. I continue to take post-graduate courses in Pediatric and Pre/Post-Natal Care. I am also certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association which is a technique that facilitates proper pelvic balance during pregnancy in particular but can be used with everyone.
I use a variety of techniques in my practice which may include drop piece assisted adjusting techniques, Thompson, Sacro-occipital, diversified chiropractic technique, upper cervical experience and craniosacral therapy. While my priority is the spine, I care for all joints of the body including experience with extremity adjusting. I work with a team of integrative practitioners to meet each patient with what they need when it comes to a care plan. I focus on chiropractic and the adjustment and then we have acupuncture, custom orthotics, FST, massage therapy, naturopathy, physiotherapy, psychotherapy etc., when indicated all in house.
In my practice I emphasize chiropractic care as a lifelong process with benefits starting in infancy, pregnancy and continuing through the senior years. I strive to create a family practice which is diverse in nature; my primary focus is removing nerve system interference so that you can express your full life potential. People present with specific ailments such as sports injuries, sciatica, repetitive strain disorders, headaches, neck and low back pain, desires to work on their posture, body mechanics, alignment and balance; chiropractic can certainly help your body be free of interference so that your body can transition through these conditions to optimal health – function, vitality and optimal expression is the goal. I truly enjoy Chiropractic’s natural and hands-on approach to healing and I take pleasure in observing the benefits that people experience in so many aspects of their life; overall function, symptom resolution, sleep benefits, mood enhancement, stress reduction, etc.
It is my hope that you will include chiropractic care on your journey and let us be a partner in your healthcare.

Judy Peleck is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
As a passionate long-distance runner and a past career in corporate, Judy grew familiar with the strong connection between massage and injury prevention, recovery and overall physical and mental wellness. Having played sports for most of her life, Judy was first introduced to massage therapy at the tender age of ten. It was always an integral part of managing the symptoms brought on by her physical activities and the sedentary life at a “desk job”. This personal journey is what inspired her to go back to school to help others achieve the same benefits.
Her experience spans having treated patients with both acute and chronic conditions and has helped many alleviate pain and/or discomfort associated with these two. She believes that nothing in the body functions in isolation and by addressing both the physical body and mind, healing happens.
She takes a patient-centric approach to each of her treatments by incorporating a variety of techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, myofascial and positional release, hydrotherapy and therapeutic exercise. In addition to these, Judy pursued further training in cupping therapy which uses the general concept of skin decompression to move around stagnant layers of skin to stimulate flow and in turn, may help alleviate pain.
By creating individualized treatment plans she has helped patients achieve performance goals, optimal function and well-being in their day-to-day lives. She will work with you to develop a planned approach that is unique to your case.
Judy believes she has truly found her calling; helping those in all stages of their lives from children to the aging population. She enjoys living and working within the Beach community and continues to enhance her knowledge of massage and treatment by dedicating herself to continuing education.

I graduated with my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2016. Since graduating, I have worked with a variety of patients in different healthcare settings including emergency department, orthopedic and general surgery, intensive care unit, and palliative care. Of these experiences, I felt the most passionate about the role of physiotherapy in preventing disease and managing chronic pain.
I focus on providing patient-centered care, which includes a balance of education, exercise, hands-on therapy, acupuncture, and self-management programs. My goal as a Physiotherapist is to help patients be able to do activities that are meaningful to them, and to maintain their best level of function. I have additional training in pelvic health and integrate this knowledge in caring for patients living with incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain across the lifespan.
I teach in the Physiotherapy program at McMaster University as an assistant clinical professor (adjunct) and as lecturer (status only) in the Physical Therapy program at the University of Toronto. I have a research interest in the effects of long COVID and am a current presenter in the Long COVID education rounds.
I studied kinesiology at York University where I played varsity soccer during my 1st year. I continued to work with elite soccer players on and off the pitch throughout my undergraduate training at the provincial and semi-professional levels. I had the privilege of working as a Physiotherapist at the Canada Summer Games in 2017, and continue to enjoy helping young athletes reach their goals at the clinic.
I stay active myself at the gym and through a variety of recreational sports, yoga, dance, gardening, hiking, biking and skiing. During our short warm season, you can find me paddle boarding along Kew-Balmy Beach
